NOTES FROM YOUR TECHNICIAN:
In order to produce precise-fitting final restorations, specific direction is required on the prescription form from the doctor regarding desired final restorative design (i.e. veneers, crowns, etc.). The type of matrices should also be clearly indicated (temporary matrix, preparation matrix).
